Non-Registered Users can search and view record information for Brevard County's building, development, and enforcement records.

Registered Users can schedule inspections. Registration is free and easy, no contractor license required. For instructions visit How To Register or How To Schedule Inspections.

Registered Users (with an approved contractor license added) can apply for building permit applications, make payments and upload documents. Contractor Agreement and approval by Contractor Licensing are required. Visit How To Add A License.
